Monthyl - Regular NGAAZ BOD Meetings
The NGAAZ BOD meets on the second Thursday of each month at 1700 in SMA Command conference room located at 5636 E. McDowell Rd, Phoenix AZ.

Quarterly - Web Site Meetings
The Web Site Committee will meet Quarterly in Jan, Apr, Jul, & Oct. The committee will meet at 1600 prior to the normal BOD meeting for the respective month.

The annual National Guard Executive Directors Association (NGEDA) Meeting
The annual NGEDA meeting is held in January of each year in the NGAUS conference host city.
The annual 2012 NGEDA meeting will be held January 17-20 in Reno, Nevada

The annual NGAAZ State Conference
The 2011 NGAAZ state conference will be held at the Talking Stick Resort, Scottsdale, Arizona May 18-19

The 134ND NGAUS General Conference will be held in Reno, Nevada September9-12, 2012.
The 2013 NGAUS conference will be in HI.
The 2014 NGAUS conference will be in Chicago, IL.
The 2015 NGAUS conference will be in Nashville, TN. The 2014 NGAUS conference will be in Baltimore, MD.
